In fact, I'm surprised that the post office didn't deliver a torn, empty envelope to me. I have uploaded several photos showing the tears to the left and right sides of the envelope. The Seller needs a sturdier envelope to ship items long-distance. However, the utility knife was new and exactly as described. I am very happy with it. ...Thank you!!
