Seller had a picture of the item that I ordered, but when the item showed up it was a different item than was pictured and could not be used. The seller tried to tell me that I got what I ordered, but that was not the case. When the item showed up it was just thrown in a box with some packing paper, these items are static sensitive and should be in a non-static bag. The seller reluctantly agreed to a refund, but did not pay for the shipping back, or include a shipping label, just an address.

Item was exacty what was advertised and ordered. After getting the buyers model number and giving them the correct part number they should have ordered, they got very combative and left this feedback.
