He made sure the range was shipped as requested to a warehouse location that could easily handle the size and weight. Because it had no box, the seller made sure everything was wrapped and protected, then strapped to a pallet. Stellar service!

I bought the range with the agreement that he wouldn't ship until I closed on my new house. He shipped it right away to a house that I dont own yet. He was able to reroute the range to my current house. Problem is I don't have equipment to get it to the new house. It is 650lbs. So I have to hire. I asked the seller to help me out with the cost of shipping from my old house to new and he refused. Awesome doing business with you IAN!!!! Also, ad description was wrong.
